Questions & Answers

Can I apply with more than one project?

Yes.

Can I apply individually, outside of a group-work, class or studio?

Yes.

Who is responsible for applying with works within a group, class or studio?

You. Consult with the professor/teacher in charge of the group, class or studio.

How should a group, class or studio apply?

Submit one application per project, listing all group, class or studio members' names.

Can I update or cancel the project I submitted?

Yes, within the deadlines. Fill out a new form and add a remark that it's an updated version or send us an email at hochschultage@hfk-bremen.de.

Can I join after the deadline?

No, please submit your application on time.

Can I present my work if I won't be in Bremen?

Yes, as long as you have a student who can represent you on-site.

What's the difference between preliminary and final forms?

The preliminary form helps us gather information about student initiatives early on, even if you don't know what you'll exhibit yet. The final form requires more details. A copy of your preliminary form will be sent to you for reference when filling out the final form.

Do I need to fill out a final form if all the project information is in the preliminary one?

Yes. If the information is exhaustive, check the appropriate checkbox in the final form.

How will rooms be distributed?

Room allocation depends on available space and the number of works submitted. If you're working within a class, consult with your professor. Please note that Segments 4 and 6 will not be available for use this year due to their separation from the visitors' route, renovations at Cafe Blau, and the availability of the hall in the new HfK building for exhibiting.

If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hochschultage@hfk-bremen.de.
